Your Moka Queenz products were created to be worn, enjoyed, gifted, and remembered. Proper care will help preserve the color, design, shape, and quality of your purchase.

Because materials and decoration methods may vary, always review the product description and any care label included with your item. Product-specific instructions should take priority over the general recommendations below.

Graphic T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Hoodies

To help protect the fabric and printed design:

  • Wait at least 24 hours before washing a newly received decorated garment.

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.

  • Machine wash in cold water with similar colors.

  • Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

  • Do not use bleach.

  • Avoid fabric softener when possible.

  • Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

  • Do not dry-clean unless the garment label permits it.

  • Do not iron directly over the design.

High heat can damage decorated apparel. For the longest-lasting results, wash in cold water and air-dry whenever possible.

Puff Vinyl, Metallic and Specialty Designs

Puff vinyl, metallic finishes, glitter, foil, rhinestones, and other specialty materials require additional care.

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.

  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.

  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

  • Place delicate garments inside a mesh laundry bag when possible.

  • Hang or lay flat to dry.

  • Avoid high dryer temperatures.

  • Do not iron, steam, or apply direct heat to the design.

  • Do not dry-clean unless specifically stated on the product page.

Some texture and finish may gradually change with repeated washing and normal wear. Gentle care will help preserve the original appearance.

Off-the-Shoulder Sweatshirts

To help maintain the shape and finish of your off-the-shoulder sweatshirt:

  • Wash inside out in cold water.

  • Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

  • Avoid bleach and fabric softener.

  • Reshape the neckline after washing.

  • Hang or lay flat to dry when possible.

  • If using a dryer, tumble dry on low.

  • Do not iron directly over the design.

Do not pull or stretch the neckline excessively.

Personalized Apparel

Before washing personalized apparel, review the same care instructions provided for graphic T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies.

Personalized names, dates, photographs, and other custom details should not be ironed, steamed, or exposed to direct high heat.

Drinkware and Tumblers

Unless the product description specifically states otherwise:

  • Hand-wash with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.

  • Do not soak for extended periods.

  • Do not scrub the design with abrasive pads or brushes.

  • Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning products.

  • Do not place in the dishwasher.

  • Do not place in the microwave.

  • Allow the item to dry completely before storing.

  • Store with the lid removed to prevent trapped moisture and odors.

Avoid dropping or striking drinkware against hard surfaces. Extreme heat and sudden temperature changes may damage some products.

Mugs

Review the individual product description before placing a mug in the dishwasher or microwave.

When care information is unavailable, hand-washing is the safest option. Avoid abrasive cleaners and do not scrub directly over the design.

Tote Bags

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • Spot-clean with cold water and mild soap.

  • Blot stains gently instead of scrubbing.

  • Do not use bleach.

  • Do not soak the bag.

  • Reshape and air-dry.

  • Do not iron directly over the design.

  • Avoid placing decorated totes in the dryer.

Do not overload tote bags beyond their intended everyday use.

Blankets

For most decorated blankets:

  • Machine wash separately in cold water.

  • Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

  • Do not use bleach.

Gift Boxes

Gift boxes may contain several products made from different materials. Follow the individual care instructions for each item.

Keep packaging, paper products, affirmation cards, and decorative materials away from water, excessive heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Food, beauty, and personal-care products should be used and stored according to the instructions and expiration information printed on their original packaging.

As a general precaution:

Natural Wear and Color Variations

Decorated and handmade products may show normal signs of wear over time. Repeated washing, friction, heat, sunlight, and frequent use can gradually affect fabric, color, texture, and printed designs.

Computer and phone screens may display colors differently. Slight variations in color, placement, or finish are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
